This policy explains what Zenith Operations LLC ("Zenith," "we," "us") collects and how we handle it when you use Carousel Creator — our website, the web app, and our browser extension.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information. Your email is what identifies your account and unlocks your access.
- Billing information. Subscriptions are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. They collect and process your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and the email you paid with.
- Phone number. We ask for a phone number at checkout. It is used for billing and account contact, and for marketing only if you opt in (see "Marketing communications" below).
- Listing content you submit. The listing text and photos you provide are processed to generate your carousel and caption.
- Usage counters. We keep a simple daily count of how many generations and regenerations you have used, associated with your email, so we can enforce the plan limits. These counters expire automatically after 48 hours.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, timestamp, and browser type, for security and reliability.
2. What stays on your device
Your brand kit — your name, title, phone number, email, brokerage, accent color, headshot, and brokerage logo — is currently stored in your browser's local storage on your own device, and is not currently stored on our servers.
This may change in the future. If we begin storing brand kit information on our servers, we will update this policy and the effective date above.
Because this information currently lives in your browser, clearing your browser data will erase your brand kit, and it will not follow you to a different device or browser.
3. Listing photos and AI processing
We use a third-party artificial intelligence provider to write your caption and extract listing details from the text you submit.
- Your listing text is sent to the AI provider to generate the caption and pull out details like price, beds, and baths.
- Your photos are only sent to the AI provider if you turn on the "Use AI to match a highlight to each photo" setting in your brand kit. That setting is off by default. While it is off, your photos are processed on your device and are not sent to the AI provider.
- We do not store your listing text or photos on our servers after your request is processed.
4. The browser extension
Our optional browser extension adds a "Copy listing" button to Zillow and Realtor.com listing pages. It reads the listing details and photos from the page only when you click that button, and passes them to Carousel Creator. It does not track your browsing, and it does not run on other websites. 5. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- provide the Service and generate your carousels and captions;
- verify your subscription and grant access to your account;
- enforce the daily usage limits included in your plan;
- keep the Service secure, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse;
- respond to your support requests;
- tell you about our own products and services, as described below.
We do not use your listing content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
6. Marketing communications
We may use the contact details you give us to tell you about our own products. Here is exactly how that works.
- Email. We may email you about Zenith Operations LLC products and services, including products other than Carousel Creator. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. If we ask for your marketing preference at checkout, we honor the choice you make there.
- Phone and text. We will not call or text you for marketing purposes unless you have given us express written consent to do so. Your phone number is otherwise used only for billing and account matters.
- Service messages. Regardless of your marketing preference, we may still send you messages you need to receive, such as billing receipts, security notices, and important changes to the Service.
- Opting out. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at the address below, and we will remove you from marketing lists.
7. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make Carousel Creator work:
- Anthropic — artificial intelligence processing for captions and listing details.
- Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
- Google — sign-in.
- Cloudflare — hosting, access control, and security.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
8. How long we keep information
- Daily usage counters expire automatically after 48 hours.
- Account and billing records are kept while you are a customer, and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
- Listing text and photos are not retained on our servers after your request is processed.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription portal.
- You can clear your brand kit at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Note that we may need to keep certain billing records to meet legal obligations.
10. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the Service, primarily the session cookie that keeps you signed in through our access provider. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Security
Access to the app requires signing in with Google, all traffic is encrypted in transit, and API keys and other secrets are stored as encrypted secrets by our hosting provider. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
Carousel Creator is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and take reasonable steps to notify you.
